Ethiopians in Norway to appeal to Norwegian government

The United Ethiopian Democratic Forces (UEDF) support committee in Norway, after subsequent meetings, has planned to hold a peaceful demonstration on February 27 from 11.00 – 15.00.

The demonstration will be held to appeal to the Norwegian government:

about the gross human right violations recently perpetrated at Gambella region by the minority TPLF/EPRDF regime ,
to oppose the act ot the govrnment on Ethiopian Free Journalist Association
to oppose the act of the govrnment on University students,
to oppose the current treatments of Ethiopian Asylum seaks in Norway in considerarion to the actual political situations of Ethiopia,

Generally the demonstration will focus on the Norwegian officials to pressurize the Ethiopian Regime to accept the demands formulated by UEDF and shift its political stand towards the EPRDF government.

The itinerary of the march will to The Foreign Department, the Parliament, and Communal Minister of Norway.
