SEATTLE - A highly secretive and very restrictive 62-page document that the Meles regime is going to enact into law was obtained by Ethiomedia from highly confidenatial sources. No one including the relevant stakeholders (Civil Society members) have seen or examined this classified document to even comment on it.
Ethiomedia has also learnt from very credible sources that this legislation will be far worse and extremely restrictive than the Singapore Civil Society Legislation that it is modeled after.
